Editorial policy
Fresh Champion Stories aims to make sport easier to understand and take part in. We use clear language, check factual details with care and make the limits of a piece visible rather than dressing opinion as certainty.
Accuracy and clarity
We review names, terminology and factual claims before publication, and try to explain the context needed to understand them. Where a statement is an interpretation or general suggestion, our wording should make that clear. We do not invent experience, endorsements or evidence.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers, not to promise favourable treatment to a contributor or partner. A partnership does not determine our conclusions, and we do not present promotional claims as independently established facts.
Corrections
If you spot an error, use the Contact page and identify the article and detail. We review correction requests and, when a material error is confirmed, amend the text and make the correction clear to readers where appropriate.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid placements and material produced with a partner are clearly labelled as such. Editorial coverage is kept distinct from those arrangements. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where relevant, that use is identified so readers can distinguish illustration from documentary imagery.
